    The following shipping methods apply to areas within Greece

    The online store www.epiplo-alexandros.gr of the company EPIPLO ALEXANDROS S.A. uses four shipping methods:

     

    1. PICK UP FROM THE SHOP

    You can pick up the products of your order from our store. After the confirmation of the payment of your order, your products will be collected in our store and you will be informed about their receipt.

     

    2. DELIVERY AT THE KERBSIDE

    The completion of your order is done in two stages.

    In the first, you place your order free of shipping costs (the order is not considered completed so you are not obliged to proceed with your payment).

    In the second stage we calculate for you the cheapest offer for the transport costs and inform you by email about the total cost of the order. At this stage you can re-check your order for the final cost and if you agree to complete it.

    Orders that are not confirmed within 7 working days will be cancelled and you will be informed by email.

    After your order has been confirmed and payment has been confirmed by us, the shipping process will begin.

    The delivery of the products of the order is made on the sidewalk of your site.

     

    3. DELIVERY BY COURIER

    The completion of your order is done in two stages.

    In the first you place your order without any shipping costs (the order is not considered completed so you are not obliged to make your payment).

    In the second stage we calculate the cheapest offer for you for the transport costs and inform you by email about the total cost of the order. At this stage you can recheck your order with regard to the final cost and if you agree to proceed with its completion.
    Orders not confirmed within 7 working days will be cancelled and you will be informed by email.
    Once your order has been confirmed and payment has been confirmed by us, the shipping process will begin.

    The delivery of the products of the order is made at your place. Please indicate in the comments of your order if your location is on a floor so that we can be accurate with the calculation of shipping costs.

     

    4. COLLECTION FROM AGENCY

    Your order is completed in two stages.

    In the first, you place your order free of shipping costs (the order is not considered complete so you are not obliged to pay for it).

    In the second stage we calculate the cheapest offer for you for the transport costs and inform you by email about the total cost of the order. At this stage you can recheck your order with regard to the final cost and if you agree to proceed with its completion.

    Orders not confirmed within 7 working days will be cancelled and you will be informed by email.

    Once your order has been confirmed and payment has been confirmed by us, the shipping process will begin.

    The products of your order are sent to the agency of the transport company and you can pick them up from the agency after being informed.

     

    Shipping times:

    Orders are executed on the next working day from the day of order and payment if they are ready for delivery.

    For products of our own manufacture the delivery time can reach up to 25 working days. In any case, we inform you about the execution / delivery time of your order either by email or by phone.

    The company is not responsible for delays in the delivery of orders due to third parties, force majeure or contribution of events.

    Purchases outside Greece

     

    It is necessary to make an agreement (regarding the charge and shipping methods) with the company EPIPLO ALEXANDROS SA.
