Can I return a defective product?

The products supplied by the online store www.epiplo-alexandros.gr of EPIPLO ALEXANDROS S.A. can be returned and request their replacement in all cases (1,2) in which:

1) with proven fault of EPILO ALEXANDROS S.A. incorrect products were sold or

2) products of poor and defective quality (in order to determine the poor and defective quality and replace the products, the customer is required to send us photos in digital format to the contact email that you will find on the respective contact page of our website)

Products covered by third party warranties such as from the manufacturer of the product or its representative are not covered by this provision. (To see if your product has a manufacturer’s warranty go to our online store www.epiplo-alexandros.gr, find the product you purchased or plan to purchase and see if it states that it contains a warranty. You are responsible before making any purchase to see if the product(s) you intend to purchase contain a warranty. In such cases, you may contact EPIPLO ALEXANDROS S.A. and we will point you to the contact details of the product’s dealership.

Also, we do not accept returns on linens, prep items, mattresses, underlays as well as any product that has been modified/washed/used.
Shipping, assembly and other additional services are non-refundable.
EPIPLO ALEXANDROS S.A. is not liable to users for any damages that may arise from the execution or not of their order once the products of the order have been given to the carrier for delivery to the user. If there is such a matter contact us to indicate the contact details of the carrier.

In case of return of products received by the customer’s carrier or courier, they must be returned to our headquarters in the same way, even in case of a defective product (the transport is at the customer’s expense).
In any case and for all the above cases (1,2) the maximum time limit for return for replacement cannot be extended beyond fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt. In addition, for all of the above cases (1,2) the product to be replaced/repaired must necessarily be accompanied by the original proof of purchase. For all the above cases (1,2) the products to be replaced/repaired must be in the condition received by the customer, completely unused (as new) and without damage and their packaging must be the one that normally accompanies the product and be in perfect condition, together with all the documents that accompanied the product (e.g. Before any return, it is recommended to contact EPILO ALEXANDROS S.A. Customer Service Department or through the contact form of the website.

In any case, the return and replacement is possible under the following conditions:

– contact the Online Shop on the same day or the next working day

– the product has not been used

– the product is accompanied by all the necessary documents, proving the transaction (e.g. DAT, Retail Receipt, etc.)

Specifically:

– In case an item you received is defective you can bring/send the product, in this case you will be charged the cost of transport. If the product has a manufacturing defect, we will replace it immediately free of charge. Excluded in this provision are products covered by third party guarantees such as from the manufacturer of the product or its representative. Also, if the customer returns the products with a non-affiliated carrier/courier of the company then the costs are borne by the customer in any case (even if the product is defective).

– In case we send you the wrong item, we send you the right one and we will cover all shipping costs, old and new.

– In case it does not fit you, you can exchange it within 14 days (with full packaging), the customer bearing the cost of transporting the product. You will be given a credit note or refund.

If the products are not returned within 14 days then EPIPLO ALEXANDROS S.A. may not accept any return and replacement.
No refund is applicable due to inability to cancel the consumer loan, the consumer is solely entitled to receive a credit note of equal value for the purchase of other product(s).

If the conditions are met and the return of the product is accepted, the consumer is entitled to receive a credit note of equal value for the purchase of other product(s) or a refund. Product sold with an additional gift should be returned with the additional gift.

In case of repeated returns or in case EPIPLO ALEXANDROS S.A., in its sole discretion, considers that the consumer abuses the right of return or acts in bad faith, is entitled to refuse the return of the product even if the above terms and conditions are met.

In case the customer refuses to receive the parcel(s), then the company EPIPLO ALEXANDROS S.A. has the right to refund only the value of the product. The transport costs in any case are borne by the customer. Prerequisite, to have a prior telephone contact with the company ELEPLO ALEXANDROS S.A.

In products to return above cases purchased from our online store you must notify us immediately in writing by fax, or by telephone or through the contact form of the website, with the subject “Request for Return Order” indicating date / document number / name / name / address of purchase within the above deadline. Provided that you receive a written return authorization from EPIPLO ALEXANDROS S.A., the address to which the products to be returned must be sent can be found on the contact page of our website.
